An employee was waiting for an operator to bring mail over to a mail sorting machine when she became pinned between the machine and a stack of pallets being pushed by a powered industrial truck (PIT). The employee suffered bruising and swelling on her hips, lower back, knees, and left side; a puncture wound to her left thigh from a machine screw; a crushed right hand with numbness and tingling; numbness to the left big toe; and a right wrist sprain.

An employee became short of breath while loading her vehicle for deliveries. She collapsed to the ground.

At about 6:30 on January 8, 2021, an employee was working on the dock, pulling up a dock plate, when he fell off the dock surface to the roadway. He suffered a broken lower right arm and was hospitalized.

An employee was working with a flat automated calling system machine and over-the-road container when the container shifted, catching her left hand between the container and a dumper restrain bar. She suffered a left ring finger amputation and fracture.

An employee was delivering mail in a residential area, slipped in a mud puddle, and fell breaking her left leg.

An employee tripped over a stool and fell on the floor, resulting in a left displaced mid-cervical femoral neck fracture.

An employee was installing fence posts when they stepped into a recently dug hole that was not visible due to rainfall. The employee's leg was fractured.

An employee assisted in cleaning material from a conveyor pit. After the pit was cleaned, the employee proceeded to replace metal safety plates to ensure other employees did not fall into the pit. While replacing one of the last plates, the employee mis-stepped and fell approximately 5 feet into the pit. The employee was hospitalized with back/side bruising, elbow bruising, bone bruises, and/or fractured ribs.

An employee was inspecting a breaker box and turning on/off a circuit breaker when he was electrocuted.

An employee was walking on the sidewalk. When they stepped off the curb, they fell to the ground, resulting in fractures to their tibia, fibula, and a metatarsal.
