An employee was walking through the aisle of the store, interviewing a potential employee, when he tripped over a grill that a co-worker was assembling. He contacted the ground and broke several ribs, his pelvis, and vertebrae.
An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.

While operating the forklift under the supervision of his trainer, the employee exited one aisle and began turning into another when his left foot struck the end of a racking angle iron (rack protector).
