Final narrative
On 2/24/2017, an employee was changing out the hangers that hold up piping inside the pump room. As he grabbed the material, his right pointer finger was caught and crushed between the top piece of the hanger and the pipe, requiring hospitalization.
On July 20, 2021, an employee was rolling and cutting galvanized sheet metal using a crimp and beading machine. As the sheet metal was feeding into the machine, the sharp edge of the sheet metal cut her left middle finger resulting in medical amputation.
