An employee was moving a waist high, three foot long freezer to clean behind it. She was using the handle on the freezer to pull it away from the wall when her hand slipped off the handle causing her to lose balance and fall to the floor. She fractured her pelvis in two places.
An employee was getting on a bus in a parking lot. The employee fell from the bus to the ground and suffered a head injury (with a brain bleed), broken vertebrae, and a broken shoulder.
