On September 16, 2025, an employee and two co-workers were descending the stairs from the second floor to the first floor when the employee fell, resulting in a broken left ankle.
An employee lost his balance on carpeting and fell, hitting a handrail and the wall. He suffered a laceration and a contusion on his forehead and was hospitalized.
