Final narrative
An employee was greasing a skid steer in front of the lube bay. As he walked backwards to move away from the machine, he tripped on a wheel hub that was on the ground behind him, twisting his ankle and falling to the ground.
An employee was cutting a steel beam, about 15 feet long and weighing about 5,000 pounds. The beam reacted to the heat and split in half lengthwise, landing on top of the employee. The employee suffered two broken ankles, a broken knee, and four to six broken ribs.
An employee was cutting billets with a propane and oxygen torch when sparks sprayed his left side. His undershirt caught on fire and he suffered second degree burns to the left side of his back.
An employee was climbing down from a pot carrier when he lost his balance and fell to the concrete floor. He landed on his feet, twisted his right foot, and fractured his heel bone.

The employee was pinned between the drive shaft and two pieces of angle steel, resulting in a fracture to their left hip.
On October 5, 2025, an employee was pulling a pressure washer hose when it it disconnected from the cooker. The employee was struck by jets of high-pressure water, resulting in lacerations to their left thigh requiring surgery. The employee was hospitalized.
