An employee was standing on top of a printing press, taping paper down to be run through the machine, when a coworker inadvertently activated the printing press table. The employee then fell off the table and hit the concrete floor, fracturing his right femur. He was hospitalized and had surgery.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
