On 5/4/17, an employee was installing production equipment (conveyor) when the equipment fell 6 inches onto his left foot, breaking and lacerating it. He was hospitalized.

An employee was sawing a notch into a cedar board with a chainsaw. The saw bound up and, when pulled free, struck the right side of the employee's chin. He suffered a laceration all the way to the cheekbone.
An employee was core drilling holes into a set of concrete exterior steps to make sleeves for the handrail. The drill bit became hung up, making the core drill twist and throwing the employee off balance. He fell off the side of the steps and landed on a concrete sidewalk, breaking his left wrist and landing on the side of his head.
An employee was unloading 30-foot 2-inch barrels from a pan holding about 20 barrels. The barrels tipped over, striking and breaking both of the employee's lower legs.

The employee suffered a laceration to the left ring finger that required stitches, bruising to the right ring finger, and fractures to the right middle finger that necessitated medical amputation of the fingertip.
