Final narrative
An employee was leaning against a guard that rotates a product conveyor when his glove became caught in a gap on the conveyor and began rotating. As he pulled his hand out of the glove, his left ring fingertip and nail were amputated.
An employee was setting up a splitter table. Upon reaching to help the table rotate, the employee's gloved hand got caught between a switch and a metal plate, resulting in an amputation of the left index fingertip.
An employee was working on a slitter machine when the rubbers on its arbor caught his right hand and pulled his arm through the slitter head. The employee's right hand and arm were crushed.
An employee was in a parked golf cart. He placed his feet on the ground beside the golf cart and grabbed the side of the cart to prepare his body to stand. As he stood up, he felt a pop in his right leg and fell over onto the ground. He was hospitalized with a broken femur in his right leg. His leg had a weakened bone due to a prosthetic from a previous amputation he had suffered.

The employee was pinned between the drive shaft and two pieces of angle steel, resulting in a fracture to their left hip.
On October 5, 2025, an employee was pulling a pressure washer hose when it it disconnected from the cooker. The employee was struck by jets of high-pressure water, resulting in lacerations to their left thigh requiring surgery. The employee was hospitalized.
