An employee was in a parked golf cart. He placed his feet on the ground beside the golf cart and grabbed the side of the cart to prepare his body to stand. As he stood up, he felt a pop in his right leg and fell over onto the ground. He was hospitalized with a broken femur in his right leg. His leg had a weakened bone due to a prosthetic from a previous amputation he had suffered.

An employee was setting up a splitter table. Upon reaching to help the table rotate, the employee's gloved hand got caught between a switch and a metal plate, resulting in an amputation of the left index fingertip.
