An employee was underneath a card apron attempting to remove fibers from the fan blower. He was trying to un-choke the hose inside the fan housing when his right hand made contact with the rotating blades, amputating his ring finger.

An employee was feeding trim into a roller when the machine became jammed. The employee went to the rear of the machine, opened the door, and began pulling fiber from the duct work. He reached into the back of the duct work towards the machine; his hand was injured by the rollers.

On January 3, 2025, at approximately 11:35 AM, an employee was inspecting and changing spin pumps on a line. He was using an impact gun to remove the bolts when the pressure sprayed hot polymer on his head, face, and arms resulting in burns. The employee was hospitalized.
