While exiting a loader, an employee fell approximately 2 feet to a lower level and broke the left wrist, requiring surgery.
An employee was unloading rail cars and came in contact with the indexer. The employee's right foot was caught between the indexer and a rail car causing a laceration to the top of his foot and two fractured toes.
