Final narrative
An employee was trying to lower a tower on a light plant when the cable came out of the pulley and created slack. As the employee tried to put the cable back in the pulley, the cable snagged the employee's glove and pulled it into the pulley, amputating the first digit of the employee's right pinky finger.
On November 9, 2022, while troubleshooting a furnace, a bit was pushed from the pre-heating dome and fell to the cart below, striking the injured employee and pinning his left leg between the cart and the bit.
