On November 9, 2022, while troubleshooting a furnace, a bit was pushed from the pre-heating dome and fell to the cart below, striking the injured employee and pinning his left leg between the cart and the bit. The employee's left ankle was fractured and required surgery. The employee also sustained burns to the right hip and thigh, left ankle, and right hand.

An employee was disassembling a U-joint. The U-joint was in a vise, and the employee was striking it with a ball peen hammer to break it free, when a piece of metal entered the employee's eye.

After cutting a slab of beef short ribs, an employee turned to grab the pieces he had cut and his right hand contacted the saw blade. The employee sustained an amputation to his right index finger.
