Final narrative
An employee was holding the end of a measuring tape near the base of an 800-pound switch gear that was on uneven ground. He was helping to measure the switch gear to relocate it when it teetered on the uneven ground and struck one of his left-hand fingers, fracturing it.
Two employees were struck by the rotary table of a drilling rig while installing caisson. Employee 1 suffered multiple fractures, internal injuries, and head trauma. Employee 2 suffered multiple fractures, internal injuries, spinal injury, and head trauma.
