An employee was attempting to unclog/unjam a spray paint gun. When he pulled the trigger to verify if it was unclogged, his left middle finger was injected with paint.
An employee was riding a power trowel to move it out of the way when the power trowel got caught in safety netting. The employee and the power trowel fell 18 feet off the second deck and the employee sustained a ligament injury to the right foot, a laceration/bruise on their liver, and a foot injury. The employee was hospitalized.
