On 8/27/2017, an employee was cutting meat using a band saw when his left index finger made contact with the blade, amputating his fingertip.
On February 20, 2025, at approximately 5:45 p.m., an employee was stocking bananas when he tripped and fell to the ground, injuring his right hamstring. He was hospitalized with a hematoma and a torn ligament.
On October 27, 2023, the injured employee was moving material from the aisles to the staging area when another forklift entered the aisle. The injured employee jumped from his forklift, injuring his lower leg on a pallet being transported on the other forklift.
