An employee's right thumb was bitten by a timber rattlesnake, requiring hospitalization.
An employee was cutting the hinges off a damaged door using a cutting disk. The door slipped and pinned the cutting disk against the doorframe; the tool then fell onto the top of the employee's left hand, causing a severe laceration that required sutures and overnight hospitalization.
