Final narrative
On September 3, 2017, an employee was driving a pallet jack down an aisle. At the same time, a coworker was dropping a plastic pallet onto another pallet. The plastic pallet bounced up and struck the backrest of the employee's pallet jack, then pinned his lower right leg/ankle between his jack platform and the pallet. His right ankle broke.
