He fell to the ground, striking his head on the pavement. On July 28, 2023, while at home, the employee's right leg gave out and caused the employee to fall, tearing the quadriceps in both legs. The employee was hospitalized.

An employee was helping a patient with daily care when they sustained a back injury, resulting in hospitalization.

During an aircraft egress drill, a firefighter suffered chest pain and shortness of breath. He was taken to the hospital for a heart attack.
