An employee was helping another employee to roll a spool when the spool shifted. The injured employee attempted to hold onto it to keep it from falling to the ground. The injured employee's right forearm then became caught in between the spool and the cross members of a paint cart, suffering a compound fracture. The employee was hospitalized.
