On November 8, 2017, around noon, an employee was walking to clock in when she lost her balance and fell against the brick wall of the building, breaking her left shoulder and requiring surgery.

An employee was operating a double electric pallet jack. The employee was trying to put the unit in reverse, but moved forward instead. As a result, the equipment struck a warehouse protection guardrail and the employee's right leg was caught between the guardrail and the pallet jack. The employee was hospitalized with a fracture to the leg.
