Final narrative
On November 17, 2017, at approximately 1:30 p.m., an employee was moving a piece of steel that was suspended using a magnet when the magnet disengaged. The steel then fell on the employee's left hand, amputating two to three fingers.

On June 20, 2023, an employee was working on a 1,150-pound part that was partially suspended by a crane. The tool was laid on its side so the employee could weld a part and adjust the wood dunnage underneath that was supporting it. The part was bumped, causing the lifting eye to shift and pinch the employee's finger between the dunnage and part. The employee's left index finger was amputated at the first knuckle.

The employees went to evacuate the area in anticipation of the wall panel falling over. The injured employee went to jump through a window opening within the wall panel and their lower half was crushed by the falling wall panel. The employee sustained a fractured pelvis.
