An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
An employee was operating a gantry crane to move pallets of sheet metal when the bottom of the wooden pallet released from the crane and swung toward the employee. The employee was struck on the left leg and sustained a fracture.
An employee was loading a press machine prior to pressing a two-handed device. The two-handed device malfunctioned and the press cycled while the employee's finger was in the point of operation. The employee sustained the amputation of the first digit of the left ring finger.
