An employee was operating a rough terrain forklift. As he was getting out of the cab, he fell to the ground fracturing the left arm, right leg and pelvis.

An employee was looking for utility marks while surveying for a new fence when a car hit the employee. The employee suffered a broken pelvis, broken collarbone, removed spleen, lacerated liver, and punctured lungs.
On or about June 27, 2016, at 1:30 p.m., an employee was proofing an underground 1.25" polyduct when a blowing gun blew out of the line due to built-up back pressure. The employee had been standing to the side of the polyduct to be out of the line of fire. When the blow gun came out of the duct, the employee stepped over to pick up the gun to turn the air off and the blow dart then came out of the duct, striking him on the right shin. He was hospitalized and required surgery for a broken right tibia.
