An employee was setting up a coater machine to run an order for a customer. While he was attempting to wipe off grease from a roller, his right hand contacted the roller and his thumb was pulled into the pinch point between rollers. His right thumb tip was crushed (some skin removed) and had to be surgically amputated to the first knuckle.
