An employee escorted a former employee from the building and into the parking lot after she became loud and verbally abusive. The former employee entered her car and intentionally ran into the employee, knocking her halfway onto the vehicle's hood before striking her again. She fell to the ground, sustaining three fractures to her left ankle and bruising to left side of her body. She was hospitalized.
