Final narrative
An employee was screwing a mechanical bar into rebar in concrete but was having trouble threading the bars. He used a drill to try to get the bar to go in, and caught the glove of another employee in the drill. This caused the injured employee's left hand to spin around breaking his left pinky and index fingers and dislocating his ring and middle fingers.
At approximately 11:20 a.m., four employees were relocating a rolling scaffold hooch. While trying to move the hooch into position, one of the caster wheels got stuck. The employee tried to redirect the caster to align it with the others. His right-hand pinky finger got caught between the hooch's scaffold leg and a steel saw horse, resulting in an amputation to the fourth digit on the right hand just above the first joint.
The injured employee was holding a board that was being cut by another employee. The board kicked back, causing the saw to amputate the employee's left little finger and lacerate their left hand, resulting in nerve damage.
