An employee was mounting a horse when it bucked him off. He struck his head on the ground, suffering a head laceration and injuries to two vertebrae in his upper back.

An employee was riding a horse in a cattle pen when the horse bucked. He was thrown off the horse and hit the back of his head. He was hospitalized.

On July 7, 2019, an employee arrived at a gated residence to deliver a shipment. The front door was located in the rear of the residence past the garage. To access the front porch, the employee entered the gated property. The employee was then attacked by a dog and hopped over the fence, hitting the ground and landing on the tailbone. The employee was hospitalized with fractured vertebrae.

An employee was on horseback in a pasture checking on the health of calves. The employee roped a calf when their right-hand fingers got caught in the rope, resulting in amputations of three fingers at the top knuckles that required hospitalization.

His right foot broke through the grate above the auger and slipped between the slats and into the auger. The employee was hospitalized with a compound fracture to his lower right leg and required surgery.

An employee was working to remove a product blockage from a piece of equipment. The employee was struck by a metal bar near the deck of the pin mixer equipment and sustained blunt force trauma to the torso.

Two employees were removing a circuit breaker. The injured employee was using wrenches in the removal process. One of the wrenches contacted an adjacent door, resulting in an arc flash. The employee suffered burns to their neck, face, and ear, as well as momentary vision loss due to the flash.

An employee bent over to pick up a rubber mat from the ground. When he grabbed the corner of the mat, a rattlesnake hidden under it bit his left middle finger near the first knuckle. He was hospitalized.
