An employee was moving product onto a pallet. The employee was moving out of the way of an oncoming powered industrial truck (PIT) when the employee stepped backwards into the pallet on the PIT resulting in a fractured fibula near the ankle.
On August 1, 2024, at 10:25 PM, an employee was walking on the robotics floor when he was struck by a robotic drive unit. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured left ankle and required surgery.
