An employee had just completed slicing deli meat for a customer when he moved his hand and came into contact with the slicing blade, resulting in a partial amputation of his right index finger.
On March 24, 2025, at approximately 1:30 a.m., an employee was wrapping a pallet when he was struck by an electric pallet jack. The pallet jack dragged the employee approximately 10 to 12 feet, and he was hospitalized with a fractured left foot.
An employee was clearing a jam on a vacuum packaging line. While threading film through the machine, her left hand was pulled into the machine. The employee's index, middle, and ring fingertips were amputated.
An employee was grinding meat for burgers when the grinder jammed. As he attempted to unjam it, the stored energy was released and his left thumb was caught in the meat grinder and amputated.
