On March 24, 2025, at approximately 1:30 a.m., an employee was wrapping a pallet when he was struck by an electric pallet jack. The pallet jack dragged the employee approximately 10 to 12 feet, and he was hospitalized with a fractured left foot.
An employee was clearing a jam on a vacuum packaging line. While threading film through the machine, her left hand was pulled into the machine. The employee's index, middle, and ring fingertips were amputated.
