While moving a box with parts, an employee tripped over the corner of a pallet, fell, and hit the corner of the table. The employee suffered hematoma to the left breast area and a knee, as well as a blood clot.

As the container dropped into place, it caught the employee's hands in an area between the upper and lower cross-members.
