A fuel truck operator was crawling under a fuel truck to put down an absorbent pad, due to a fuel leak. The employee was caught in a rotating shaft under the truck and sustained a broken ribs, a fractured vertebra, and a right shoulder injury.

Employees were operating a baggage tractor on a service road. The tractor made contact with an aircraft's left wing and the seat of the tractor was ripped off. The employees were thrown to the ground. Two employees were hospitalized with injuries including a chipped tooth, bruises and abrasions, a dislocated hip, a fractured humerus bone, and a laceration to the left knee.

An employee was operating a tug when he heard a bang and saw smoke. He jumped from the tug while it was in motion and sustained a broken right femur.

An employee was working on the brakes of a baggage cart. The employee's left little finger was smashed between the side of the trailer and a tongue that locked the tires. The finger required surgery, having suffered minor damage to the bone.

An employee was freeing stuck baggage at an airport baggage carousel. The carousel caught the employee's index finger, causing an amputation to the end of the finger.

An employee was walking to their truck to look for a lid. When they stepped between the truck and a dock plate, they sustained a knee injury that required surgery.

An employee was standing on plant bed timbers, using a powered hand trimmer to trim the shrubs in the plant bed. The timber gave way, breaking into several pieces. The employee lost balance and fell with the trimmer in his hand. He suffered a severe laceration to the right wrist and hand.

A mail carrier slipped on ice and sustained a strain that required hospitalization.

An employee was loading phosphoric acid onto a rail car and preparing to secure the rail car for transport. While repositioning the loadout spout to secure it back to the drip pan holster on the dock, the spout contacted the handrail of the rail car, causing the employee to lose balance. The employee stepped back and their right foot entered the opening for the rail car, causing him to twist/pivot on his left leg. The employee's lower left leg was fractured.

On November 14, 2023, an employee was receiving a delivery from a truck when some of the merchandise fell from the truck s lift and struck him. He then fell to the ground and his head struck the sidewalk, resulting in an injury that required hospitalization.

An employee was repairing and testing a side-by-side utility terrain vehicle. The vehicle rolled over, and the employee suffered two broken ribs.

An employee was lying on the ground behind the drop axel of a semi-truck while checking the brake chambers when the drop axel lowered due to the engine shutting off. The axel struck the injured employee and pinned them against the floor, resulting in broken ribs and a swollen eye.

An employee was ejected from a golf cart that flipped over while going up an incline. The employee was hospitalized for pelvic fractures.

An employee was on a ladder removing a pin that was stuck on a garage door when the door released and knocked them off of the ladder, causing them to fall 10 feet. They sustained fractures to two ribs, a scapula, and their skull.

The injured employee went to jump through a window opening within the wall panel and their lower half was crushed by the falling wall panel. The employee sustained a fractured pelvis.

An employee was using a vertical band saw to cut a thick piece of rubber material. While being cut, the material shifted, causing the employee s right hand to contact the moving blade. The employee's thumb was amputated below the knuckle. The employee was hospitalized, undergoing surgery.

A production sanitation employee was pre-rinsing an incline conveyor and noticed cheese stuck between the belt idler. The employee went to remove the cheese and their glove got caught and pulled their left forearm into the conveyor. The employee's arm was fractured. The machine was not locked out/tagged out at the time.

An employee was on a ladder, taking measurements for a new gutter installation. The ladder slipped out from under him and both he and the ladder fell to the ground. He was hospitalized with seven broken ribs and a broken clavicle.

An employee was unloading a truck for a delivery job. While moving boxes in the truck, the employee tripped over a pallet and fell out of the truck to the ground, resulting in four broken ribs.
