On April 23, 2018, an employee was kneeling down to measure a fuel cover lid when a fuel truck backed up and struck the employee. The employee suffered a severed liver/spleen, fractured pelvis, broken right ankle, and broken left foot.

On March 27, 2025, a truck driver had pulled up to a riser to load fuel into their truck. The driver was pulling down on the loading arm at the fuel terminal, or lifting the fuel loading arm when they felt pain in their abdomen. The employee sustained a hernia.
On January 18, 2025, at approximately 7:50 a.m., a field truck driver was picking up a hose that was connected to the truck to put it on the ground when he tripped and fell to the ground, fracturing his hip.
An employee was looking into the bucket of a front-end loader to see how much material was in it. A skid steer backed into the employee, who then fell into the edge of the front loader's bucket and suffered internal bleeding in the abdominal area.
