On January 18, 2025, at approximately 7:50 a.m., a field truck driver was picking up a hose that was connected to the truck to put it on the ground when he tripped and fell to the ground, fracturing his hip.

On March 27, 2025, a truck driver had pulled up to a riser to load fuel into their truck. The driver was pulling down on the loading arm at the fuel terminal, or lifting the fuel loading arm when they felt pain in their abdomen. The employee sustained a hernia.
On June 26, 2023, an employee was washing dishes and turned to retrieve some dishes from a table to her side. As she turned back with the dishes, her right ankle popped and her left foot slipped, causing her to fall to the ground. The employee suffered a broken right ankle that required hospitalization and surgery.
