An employee was cutting meat with a saw when he received a laceration to his right middle fingertip, resulting in an amputation.
An employee was in the food service area in front of the dish washing station, walking toward the lockers when she slipped on water and fell on the floor. She landed on her left side and sustained a fractured left hip.
