Final narrative
On January 16, 2024, an employee was on the top step of a three-step ladder while retrieving a box of tomatoes from a kitchen shelf. The box handle tore, causing the employee to lose their balance and fall to the ground. The employee suffered fractures to their left shoulder, ribs and ankle.
