An employee was feeding fabric between two rolls on a calendar machine when his fingers were pulled into the nip point. The first three fingers on his right hand were crushed. The employee was hospitalized and required surgical amputation(s).

An employee was operating a calender machine. The employee climbed on top of the machine and was struck by a bucket that is used to move rubber. They became pinned between the machine and the bucket, resulting in broken ribs and a fractured vertebra that required hospitalization.

On July 29, 2021, an employee working in a hot process area began to feel nauseous and was later hospitalized for heat stress.

An employee on the production line suffered a fingertip amputation when their finger was caught between a roller and a belt while grinding automotive belts.

At about 12:25 a.m. on September 3, 2025, an employee was troubleshooting a malfunction involving a slitter whose arbor was not rotating as expected. The employee was observing the slitter's operations when the arbor completed its cycle and the employee's right index finger was drawn into the slitter's 4-inch, non-rotating cutting blade. The fingertip was amputated.

An employee was operating a rolling rope machine. Tooling fell out of the machine and landed on the employee's foot, breaking bones. The machine was not guarded at the time.

The base plates failed, and one side of the lift dropped. The employee's left leg was caught under the lift basket, and he suffered a fracture to the lower leg including the ankle.

A temporary employee was carrying a nail gun through the warehouse when it hit his leg, activated, and fired a nail into the leg.
