An employee was lifting a quartz slab using a clamp attached to an overhead crane when the slab came off the clamp and fractured the employee's right hand.
An employee was unloading and strapping material on the bed of a flatbed truck at a customer's location when he tripped on an A-frame and fell to the deck of the truck before rolling off to ground. He dislocated his shoulder and sustained a neck injury.
