On August 3, 2018, at approximately 7:30 AM, an employee was helping to unload a railcar. He was attempting to thread a tow strap onto the forks of a forklift when his right pinky finger was caught between the fork and the railcar. He sustained a fracture and partial amputation of the right pinky finger.

On November 8, 2024, an employee was riding on a forklift to redistribute the balance on the forklift and get the forklift tire back on the ground. The employee became pinned between the forklift and a palletized racking system. The employee was hospitalized with fractures to their right shoulder and clavicle.
