An employee was preparing to burn off a wire spool when the spool fell. It struck the employee, causing a rupture of the right bicep tendon, a minor burn on the right palm, a bruise on the left knee, a traumatic hematoma of the upper right quad (thigh and knee), and a closed degloving lesion of the upper right quad (thigh and knee).

An employee was unloading 30-foot 2-inch barrels from a pan holding about 20 barrels. The barrels tipped over, striking and breaking both of the employee's lower legs.
