An employee was attempting a stunt that required him to roll off the wheel well of a tanker truck moving at 15 miles an hour and to be dragged. He bounced off the wheel well, causing his feet to hit first and flipping him upside down. His head struck the pavement and he was dragged a short distance as the truck he was tethered to came to a stop. He suffered head trauma, causing pressure in the brain.
An employee was using a dozer to clear a plot of land. The dozer struck the ground after getting stuck on a tree stump, causing the employee to hit their head on the cab roof. The employee sustained a spinal compression injury.
