An employee was unloading a trailer when a box fell and struck the employee in the face. The employee suffered a concussion and was hospitalized.

An employee had been cutting lumber for a shed wall. A load of 16-foot trim pieces fell onto the employee causing vertebrae and ankle fractures.

An employee was unloading 30-foot 2-inch barrels from a pan holding about 20 barrels. The barrels tipped over, striking and breaking both of the employee's lower legs.

An employee was in a sandblasting area, preparing the surface of a plate heat exchanger frame for painting. The frame fell on the employee, who suffered fractures to vertebrae, the neck, pelvis, and rib cage; and punctured lungs.

On June 3, 2025, at approximately 11:30 AM, an employee was retrieving a slab of stone when it fell and pinned both of his legs against the ground. The employee required surgery.

An employee was setting up the jobsite area to start trimming a stone countertop. He was using a saw when the blade broke and a piece of the blade went into his abdomen. The employee required surgery to remove it.

An employee was delivering product to a customer. A gust of wind blew the employee and the product off the truck. The employee sustained a broken left arm and lacerations to their leg(s).

An employee tripped over a stool and fell on the floor, resulting in a left displaced mid-cervical femoral neck fracture.

An employee assisted in cleaning material from a conveyor pit. After the pit was cleaned, the employee proceeded to replace metal safety plates to ensure other employees did not fall into the pit. While replacing one of the last plates, the employee mis-stepped and fell approximately 5 feet into the pit. The employee was hospitalized with back/side bruising, elbow bruising, bone bruises, and/or fractured ribs.

An employee was inspecting a breaker box and turning on/off a circuit breaker when he was electrocuted.

An employee was walking on the sidewalk. When they stepped off the curb, they fell to the ground, resulting in fractures to their tibia, fibula, and a metatarsal.
