An employee was attempting to manually adjust a printing press when the machine amputated her right ring finger down to the first knuckle and lacerated her pinky finger.
An employee was observing the injection machine filling up bottles. The injection machine was moving fast, so the employee tried to make an adjustment to slow it down. The employee's finger was then caught in the pinch point area, resulting in a right middle fingertip amputation.
