Final narrative
On August 29, 2018, an employee was exiting a locker room stall after changing out of her uniform. As she was exiting, she dropped her uniform. When attempting to pick it up, she tripped over it and fell to the ground, fracturing her left hip.
An employee was putting trash in the dumpster at the edge of a dock when she lost her balance and fell approximately 2 feet to the concrete floor at the bottom of the dock, resulting in knee, calf, and ankle injuries.
On 06/22/2020 at about 4:30 PM, an employee was off-loading equipment after doing eight hours of landscaping duties and riding for one hour in the air conditioned truck. He started feeling ill and was hospitalized for a heart attack and dehydration.
