Final narrative
On August 30, 2018, an employee was carrying a concrete finishing machine when he tripped over a lip. The machine fell on his right hand and one of the blades caught his right ring finger, amputating it above the first joint.
An employee was readjusting a safety hook to remove hardware from gang forms when his feet slipped. He fell to the ground, resulting in a broken left arm and wrist.
