An employee was trying to open a large mechanical door when his right hand was caught in the door. Part of his right little finger was amputated.

An employee was using a pipe cart to move conduit. The uprights on the cart shifted and struck him in the throat, fracturing his larynx. He was hospitalized for surgery.

After that he began to roll out and position cables to connect the transformer to an electrical switchboard.
