An employee was walking to a desk and tripped over loose banding straps, falling to the concrete floor and suffering a left hip fracture.
An employee was cutting the banding off the end of a bundle of PVC pipe when a piece of the pipe fell, bounced, and struck them in the face. They sustained a broken nose and a concussion and were hospitalized.
