An employee was removing turkey gizzards with a gizzard removing machine when the back of the employee's left hand made contact with the gear section of the machine and was degloved.
On February 16, 2023, at approximately 6:35 p.m., an employee was working with boxes. A box passed them and the scanner printer arm with the label did not come off as it should have.
